Approving publications

JeromeDL allows each community member to upload resources to the database. However, in order to control quality of the resources published in the library, each resource has to be approved by administrator after uploading (or after each time the resource has been changed).

  1. log-out if logged
  2. login as administrator (admin@foafrealm.org)
  3. admin's account gives you full access to JeromeDL
  4. login as you again and now you have full access
  5. click APPROVE PUBLICATIONS
  6. select resources you want to publish
  7. click PUBLISH
  8. check if the resources you selected are published
